3. Helps develop and distribute bookstore items through our bookstore. These items, such as photos of Mother, books about her, japamalas, incense, and so on, can serve to bring people the experience of Mother’s presence and grace.

Bequeathing – Planned Giving – a legacy of love
A group of us were discussing this remarkable gift Mother has given us through her Darshan over the years. We spoke of how that personal Darshan she gives to us all is so much deeper than any personal relationship we could have with her. Darshan takes place on the divine level where silence is the form of communication and a profound intimacy is experienced.
We were wondering how we could, in some way, repay her kindness and patience, and we recalled her answer to this question a few years back when she said “be kind and respectful to each other, like a family, this is my wish.”
We talked about the wisdom we have drawn upon from Answers One and Answers Two, and in particular the comfort we draw from Mother’s paintings in Bringing Down the Light, which depicts Mr. Reddy’s journey after death. These paintings reflect the journey we all will make, and they prepare us for this journey.
This discussion has led to the creation of a global bequeathing program to support Mother’s profound work. The program offers a way to gift part or all of our estate, no matter how modest. In this way we would be the family she desires us to be, and as a family, contribute to her work for the benefit of those who have yet to meet her, and thus these once strangers would become her family and our family.
Realizing that it is a very personal and private matter there will be only two contacts for those of us in America. They will walk you through the process.
