MEDITATION
"Remember the Divine in everything you do. If you have time, meditate. Offer everything to the Divine – everything good or bad, pure or impure."

JAPA
"Japa is the repetition of the name of that in which we believe. Japa is essential. Japa is not simple words – each divine name is full of divine vibrations. Each syllable of a divine name – such as Krishna or Jesus – has vibrations which change the atmosphere. These surround us and protect us and penetrate both our bodies and our whole inner being. You must do japa when you want to receive my Light and help when I am not physically with you. Only through japa do you have constant inner contact with me."

"In doing japa, one should not strain or try to achieve something specific. One should try to be sincere and to have love of God. The power immediately follows, whether you are aware of it or not."

"When you become aware that there is something you need to understand, ask me inwardly, quite simply, with love and surrender, and I will teach it to you. If you want anything – love, truth, or courage, for example – you must ask for it. If you ask God for anything humbly and lovingly, you will receive it. But you must ask with your whole heart, so that your heart can be empty and God can fill it. If there is any pride in it, he cannot fill it as much. God wants to give you everthing; you must learn how to let him. For this you need surrender. The reward of surrender is bliss and knowledge."

SURRENDER (OFFERING EVERYTHING TO GOD)
"To offer everything to the Divine is surrender. To give our lives to the Divine is surrender. When we are simple the ego will dissolve by itself; when we are simple the answers will come."

"Offering everthing, pure and impure, is the best and quickest way to develop spiritually. If you offer everything to the Divine, the Divine will accept and change it, even the worst things. It is not what you offer but THAT you offer which is important. Offer everything, and you will acquire the habit of thinking always about God. THAT will change you."

"To achieve realization a dying to the old self, the ego, is necessary. But why be sad about it? What has the old self given you that you should love it so? The Divine self will give you all things and also give you bliss. Do not think in terms of "giving up" anything. Think of "growing." Think of always growing stronger and more loving and more complete."
